Reliant lights up the holidays with dazzling LED lights to celebrate the arrival of the holiday season, as well as a free concert. The event also includes kids’ arts and crafts and a gigantic fireworks show.
The holiday concert features WAR, a multi-platinum-selling band, who has been sharing its timeless music and message of brotherhood and harmony for over 4 decades before millions across the globe. The long list of hits includes “Low Rider,” “The World Is A Ghetto,” “Why Can’t We Be Friends,” “The Cisco Kid,” and many more.
Mariachi Rosas Divinas, a divine, all-female group, who has broken the mold when it comes to the beloved style of mariachi music, will strut their stuff on stage next. As the first and only all-female mariachi in the DFW Metroplex and one of few in the country, being different is not all that difficult. Breaking away from traditional stereotypes, these vivacious women bring life back into traditional music which began in the small pueblos of 19th century Mexico.
The venue for Reliant Lights Your Holidays, Sammons Park, provides a lively destination for families, event patrons, concert-goers, students and individuals from across North Texas. This event is free to attend; however, we ask that all guests reserve online at www.attpac.org.
