If we learn to transform our mind through meditation, then we can transform our life. Everybody needs to be good-natured with a good heart, because then we can solve our own problems as well as those of others, and we can make our human life happy and meaningful. American Buddhist monk Gen-la Kelsang Jampa will give this free talk and meditation based on the free e-book of the same title by Venerable Geshe Kelsang Gyatso Rinpoche. Gen-la Jampa is an international teacher of Kadampa Buddhism. He is the Deputy Spiritual Director of the NKT-IKBU and Resident Teacher of Kadampa Meditation Center Texas. Gen-la is well-loved for his clear and inspiring teachings, and his ability to touch people’s hearts through his sincerity and loving-kindness.
