Skate Buds Friday Night Family Fun Night is a safe, fun opportunity for families to get out the house and have fun together. An experience for students, ages 6 and up ,and parents to socialize and have fun. Be a part of “A New Generation of Fitness”.
Team Skate Buds will educate, motivate, and develop the mind, bodys and spirit of all those participating. Nutrition education, raw fruits, and vegetables will be served each week. We will teach the family how to focus and relax. Please wear tennis shoes. Bring water bottles and towels.
